Owner, Principal Designer
Moving to Utah 11 years ago from Alabama, Hope found a sense of inner peace traveling from the coast to the mountains. She continues to travel with her family and picks up inspiration along the way. Drawing deep inspiration from the natural world, Hope gazes at how nature effortlessly blends materials, patterns, textures, and patinas. This harmony guides her in creating spaces that feel both grounded and organic. Embracing a sleek and authentic approach, she discovers beauty in the unexpected and comfort in imperfections. For her, a home should genuinely mirror its occupants, a haven where their stories evolve in harmony with the surroundings.
Through close collaboration with builders and contractors, Hope appreciates the opportunity to work alongside field experts, gaining insights into their trades along the way. This acquired knowledge becomes a valuable asset that she carries forward from project to project. She is currently working toward getting a General Contractors License.

Shannon Busch is our dedicated maestro of operations and procurement. With a solid background in operations management within high-end hospitality and homeowner services, she's the backbone behind our organized and efficient flow.
Shannon joined our team in 2021 and has since amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience across various dimensions of design. Her passion for creativity extends beyond the office walls. When she is not attending to details, she indulges in art projects and classes, drawing inspiration from her number one passion of traveling and experiencing different cultures. Currently, she's embracing a nostalgic twist on interior design by taking courses focused on the techniques of sketching and hand rendering.

Joanne Archbold
Utah native, Joanne, is an interior and graphic designer with over 20 years experience in kitchen and bath design, remodels, historic preservation, and sustainable design. Joanne joined our team in 2023 as a drafting specialist and is highly proficient at bringing design ideas to life using computer programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Clients genuinely love getting a visual preview of what their spaces could look like with these programs, and Joanne absolutely enjoys creating those visual representations. She brings a unique perspective to interior design partially due to her extensive graphic design background and partially due to her years of general contractor experience with her husband.
